Profiling the career of an artist famous for capturing Colombia on canvas, this work is a journey of Hoyo's development that includes her early series of windows and atmospheres, of her still life fruit and flowers, and her most recent compositions inspired by her personal discovery of the Afro-Colombian culture living in Palenque, a small village situated on the coast of the Caribbean Sea.
